Olismi
Olismi is a premium olive oil born from the rich soils of Gömeç, Turkey. Our olive trees, some over 400 years old, carry a legacy from the Ottoman era, embodying centuries of tradition and care. Each drop of Olismi olive oil captures this history, offering a taste of the timeless dedication that defines our craft.
A long-term project leasing 80 hectares, with planting of 1,600 olive trees per hectare beginning in 2026. Infrastructure preparation includes well-digging, fencing, and irrigation. First harvest by 2028, with ROI anticipated in 2030.
